Combine in a bowl, with a fork…

The flesh of 4 ripe Avocados

The juice of 1 lemon

1/4 teaspoon Dried Chilli flakes or chopped Fresh Chilli

1 tablespoon of Moringa Superfood Powder (for a huge Nutrient Boost)

1 tablespoon of finely chopped Coriander

Add Sea Salt & cracked Pepper

Serve with fresh vegetables sticks, salad or as a dip for crackers.

Mini Chia Cup...

Mini Chia Cup

You will Need

- 1/2 a Cup of Chia Seeds

- 1 Cup of Almond Milk

- 1/4 Teaspoon of Agave Liquid

- Raspberries, Dessicated Coconut, Moringa Superfood Powder

- Alternative Options Below

 

Method

Soak 1/2 a cup of White Chia Seeds in Liquid of your choice.

Almond Milk | Coconut Milk | Coconut Water | Rice Milk | Organic Full Cream Milk | Soy Milk

1 part Chia to 2 parts liquid. Tip – Coconut water is sweeter!

We have used Almond Milk.

Stir well, add 1/4 teaspoon Agave Liquid to sweeten if required. Leave in the fridge for an hour.

Stir Again. Add small amounts of liquid if required. (Some Chia’s are extra thirsty) Replace in refrigerator for another hour or overnight.

Stir yet again, once you have a smooth consistency, top with your favourite toppings….

Coconut chips | Berries | Agave | Desiccated Coconut | Pomegranate | Fig | Cacao Nibs | Banana | Mango

Sprinkle with Moringa Superfood Powder or alternately add it to your chia seeds from the start and they will soak it in.

Baked Salmon & Moringa Mint Salad...

Baked Salmon & Moringa Mint Salad

You will need 

For Baked Salmon

- Tail Half of a whole Salmon or 3 Salmon Fillets

- 2 x Lemons

- Fresh Ginger

- Shallots

- Onions

- Garlic

- Tamari Soy Sauce

For Salad

- Baby Spinach

- Pomegranite

- Goji Berries

- Grilled Sweet Potato (sliced no thicker than 1cm. Done in coconut oil, in a saucepan, covered. Takes approx 15mins)

- Cherry Tomatoes

- Coconut Chips

- Fresh Mint Leaves

 

Method

Sit the Salmon on top of slices of lemon, ginger, shallots, onion, garlic. Top with lemon slices & shallots.

Drizzle with Tamari Soy Sauce and Himalayan rock salt & pepper.

Cover & bake on 180deg C  for approx 20-30mins. Or until pink lightens. Depends on Oven.

Meanwhile, Throw together your salad.

Once Salmon is cooked slightly, allow to cool and break up pieces to add to salad. We have used our own Moringa Pesto recipe as a dressing.

Serve warm. Also, use juice from baking dish to top. Flavour with fresh lemon, pepper and salt.

Layered Chia Seed Pudding...

Layered Chia Seed Pudding

Soak 1/2 a cup of black, white or mixed chia seeds in 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk.

Mix well, refrigerate over night. Stir well in the morning. May need to add more Almond Milk, add sparingly. (for those who need it faster, with continual stirring they will soak up the almond milk in about 15 minutes)

For a sweeter option : You can substitute Almond milk for 1/2cup of Coconut water + 1/2cup of Coconut Milk.

When you have reached a pudding like consistency, you can layer away….

We have layered Ours, with Our own – Goji Berry, cashew, Psyllium Husk Blend – Bananas – Coconut Yoghurt – Moringa Superfood Powder, Coconut, Walnut Blend – Kiwi Fruit – Coconut Yoghurt – (Toppings optional) We’ve used Dark Chocolate Coated Goji Berries, but for a Dairy Free Option you could use Cacao Nibs or Carob Nibs.

PALEO Moringa Lentil Soup

♡ Try this hearty family HIT! Everyone will be asking for more.

 

Ingredients 

2 Cups of Red, Green, Orange or Brown Lentils. Any will do! The Redder the colour, the mushier they become…

1 X Chopped Brown Onion

2 X Garlic Cloves

3 X Chopped Roma Tomatoes

2 X Egg Yolks

1 Tbsp Detox in a Box Moringa Superfood Powder

1/2 Tsp of Turmeric

1 Sprig of Fresh Parsley

 

Directions

Sautee’ Garlic and Onion in large Saucepan.

Wash and drain Lentils.

Add 2 cups of Dried Lentils to saucepan, with 4 Cups of cool Water.

Bring to Boil, gently stir, then quickly turn down to simmer. Cook uncovered for 20-30 mins, adding water as required.

When Lentils are cooked to desired texture, turn Stove top OFF.

Mix in chopped Tomatoes and Turmeric.

Leave for 5 mins, then mix in Egg yolks.

Finally, mix in Moringa Superfood Powder. Ready to Serve.

Garnish with Parsley, Herbamare, Cracked Pepper & Lemon.

♡ Use this pesto in pasta, salads, on grilled chicken or salmon and even as a rawsome dip.

 

Ingredients

3 tightly packed cups baby spinach leaves, washed and trimmed

2 tbsps of Moringa Superfood

1 cup packed basil leaves

1 cup toasted walnuts

3 medium sized garlic cloves (raw or roasted)

½ cup organic Coconut Oil or Flaxseed Oil

Juice of 1 lemon

½ teaspoon of Himalayan rock salt or Herbamare

Freshly ground black pepper

Method: Start with garlic in food processor, add leaves, nuts and moringa powder, finally add lemon juice and oil. Makes approx 1 cup of pesto

It will keep in the refrigerator for several days.

You will need.

1 Cup of pitted Dates

1 Cup of Almond Meal

1/4 Cup of Cacao Powder

1/4 Cup of Detox in a Box Moringa Powder

1/2 Cup of Raw Cashews or ABC Spread

1/2 Cup of Desiccated Coconut

1/4 Cup of Chia Seeds

1/4 Cup of Purified or Alkaline Water

Option to use a tablespoon of Coldpressed Coconut Oil

♡ Put all Ingredients in a Food Processor or Blender adding the water slowly. Use more water if required to make the mixture blend easily.

♡ Mixture should be thick, moist and sticky. Easy to roll into small balss within the palm of your hand.

♡ Keep Balls PLain or Coat with Coconut or Chia Seeds.

♡ Makes approximately 30 small Balls. Half Quantities to make 15.

This is definitely a cold weather favourite and destroys the myth that all raw food has to be cold! By steaming the broccoli for just 5-6 minutes, the meal remains raw, but gains enough warmth to give that filling, comforting feeling of soup. The texture given by the broccoli and the kick of the ginger make this an excellent choice for those new to alkalising.
Ingredients:
1/2 Avocado
6 -8 Decent size Broccoli Heads
1/3 Red Onion
1 Celery Stick
Big Handful of Spinach
An Inch of Root Ginger
Bragg Liquid Amino (Optional) STOCK
1 tbsp Detox in a Box™ Moringa Superfood Powder – 96 NUTRIENTS, 18 Amino Acids
Lightly steam the broccoli (5-6 minutes) and put with all ingredients in a blender. Add garlic, pepper, Herbamare to taste. The heat from the broccoli makes this a lovely, gently warmed soup great for winter.

Great recipe for winter, to warm your soul!
This is definitely a highly energising soup and is a big favourite while on a cleanse or detox. Contains avocado which is high in EFAs and cucumber which is well known for its cleansing properties. The taste of this soup can be dramatically altered by the use of the herbs and spices mentioned or by alternating between lemon and lime.
Ingredients:
1 avocado
2 spring onions
1/2 red or green pepper
1 cucumber
2 handfuls of spinach
1/2 clove of garlic
Bragg Liquid Aminos to taste
100ml of light vegetable Bouillon (yeast free) STOCK
Juice of 1 lemon or lime
1 tbsp Detox in a Box™ Moringa Superfood Powder – CONTAINING 96 Nutrients, 18 Amino Acids
Blend the avocado and stock to form a light paste, then add the other ingredients, blend and gently warm on a stove top.
NB* To keep in conjunction with a RAW food diet, soup can not be heated above 40 degrees celius. This maintains optimum nutrient intake and delivers a ultimate amounts of chlorophyll to the body.
Sprinkle with cayenne pepper
